Las Posadas is a special way that Christmas is celebrated in Mexico, other countries in Latin America, as well as parts of Texas and some other places in the United States. From December 16th to the 24th, groups of people go house to house singing Christmas carols and at some point the group gets invited in for holiday treats and festivities. Some treat it as just caroling but the symbolism is actually well thought out and has a deeper religious, or spiritual, meaning.

Named after the third album by a little ol’ band from Texas, our house blend is an homage to family and an ode to all things Texas. It’s also darn good.
