The Flame – 5lb Whole Bean Coffee

Brazil is an incredible country with a name that likely means “red like an ember.” It is known for its cultural & biological diversity and is the top coffee producer in the world. The bean we roast is a naturally processed bean that is direct-trade from a blend of two farms in the Sul de Minas region that prioritize environmental consciousness by using natural fertilizers and reducing chemical inputs. We roast this well-balanced bean in small batches in our home to bring out the smooth notes of creamy milk chocolate, cashew nuttiness, and a fruity & floral finish.
