This Colombian coffee is an exotic Gesha variety.
It is grown at almost 1,850 meters above sea level on Finca San Luis by Omar Arango and his Familia, in the Tolima Department. The beans are fully washed to enhance the clarity of the notes, fermented for 60 hours, and then dried for 20 days on raised beds.
